How to use:

1, Surface treatment: Roughening treatment, angle grinder grinding or sand blasting shall be carried out for the parts to be treated; Clean the roughened surface; The treated surface shall be coarsened, dry and fresh substrate surface, and shall be free of oil and dust.

2, Mixing: Product mix ratio is A:B=4:1 by weight. Mix A-part resin and B-part hardener well, and use up the mixed compound within 30min.

3, Coating: Apply the mixed compound to the parts to be repaired layer by layer, coating thickness shall be 4mm to 8mm.The coating layer shall be compacted to fully infiltrate with the substrate; After the mixed compound is applied to the required size, the surface shall be leveled

4, Curing: It can be put into use after curing at 25 ℃ for 3 hours. When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, it can be cured by baking with iodine tungsten lamp or electric heating plate for 2 hours
