How to use Cold Vulcanizing cement

Cold bond cement TS2000 is used for conveyor belt cold vulcanization.  With distinguished splicing intensity exceeding German industry standard DIN and equal to the hot splicing intensity ,the TS2000 plays an irreplaceable part in conveyor belt repair as well as cold seamless splicing .It is the best replacement of Tiptop SC2000

Application:

Fit for bonding between rubber and rubber, rubber and metal,rubber and fabric,fabric and fabric. It is an ideal bonding material for conveyor belt cold splicing and repair, pulley lagging &varieties of rubber liner materials.

Notes:

1, Working temperature: higher than 10°C

2, Humidity:less than 90%

3, After base adhesive and the hardener mixed, it should be used out within two hours.

4, In order to ensure the bonding quality, please test before use it.

5, Avoid contact with skin while using it.

How to use:

1, polish the bonding surface and cleaning.

2, when used for rubber-metal bonding, users should polish metal surface, cleaning,and brush metal primer.

3, mix adhesive and hardener, brush two times; after first time dry, then brush second time, bonding it after second time slightly sticky, compaction, driven out of the bubble(if the second time brush is dry, then users can brush one more time)

4, mixture ratio: adhesive:hardener=100:4

5, The cement should be used out within 2 hours after mixing.

6, TS2000 also can be used for pulley lagging, conveyor belt joint repair and so on.
