Wear Compound with Large Size Ceramic Beads 

TS11490 is two component wear compound which is composed of modified toughening resin, alumina powder, super hard large size ceramic beads, silicon carbide and other additives. Two components, grey paste. Moderate viscosity, easy to apply. It can be applied to the construction surface with a scraper. It can bond with substrate tightly. Good resistant to impact, erosion and wear, chemical corrosion and aging. The maximum temperature resistance is 150 ℃. TS11490 is used to resist the erosion and wear of particles, dust and slurry.

Typical application parts: 

repair and protection of easily worn parts such as desulfurization pump, sand pump, coal ash pump, mud pump, sewage pump, powder concentrator, crusher, conical area of coal mill, desulfurization pipeline, fly ash pipe, coal conveying pipeline, ash removal pipeline, primary air pipe, and elbow.

How to use:

1, Surface treatment: Roughening treatment, angle grinder grinding or sand blasting shall be carried out for the parts to be treated; Clean the roughened surface; The treated surface shall be coarsened, dry and fresh substrate surface, and shall be free of oil and dust.

2, Mixing: Product mix ratio is A:B=2:1 by weight. Mix A-part resin and B-part hardener well, and use up the mixed compound within 30min.

3, Coating: Apply the mixed compound to the parts to be repaired layer by layer, coating thickness shall be 4mm to 8mm.The coating layer shall be compacted to fully infiltrate with the substrate; After the mixed compound is applied to the required size, the surface shall be leveled

4, Curing: It can be put into use after curing at 25 ℃ for 24 hours. When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, it can be cured by baking with iodine tungsten lamp or electric heating plate for 2 hours

Transport and storage: Keep the product in cool and dry place, and shelf life is 1 year. Avoid inversion and collision during transportation.
