TS727 Grey Color Brushable Epoxy Ceramic Coating

TS727 grey color brushable epoxy ceramic coating is composed of high performance epoxy resin, special hardener and modified additives. Fill in high performance filler like alumina powder, silicon carbide etc. Two components, high strength, good toughness, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, aging resistant and high temperature resistant. Roller coatable and brushable, curing at room temperature.It is widely used for repairing and protecting equipment from corrosion and wear.

TS727 Application scope:

1. General industry: cooling tower wind blade, decorative slope, equipment easy to wear parts, pump shell and blade, inside and outside of valve.

2. Shipbuilding industry: pressure bunker, oil bunker, drinking water tank, hull shell, underwater surface of hull, rudder. And inlet and outlet nozzles of engine room and water propeller

3. Energy industry: turbine blades, dam gates, blower blades, waste racks, and some conveying pipelines.

4. Offshore oil field industry: wet wellheads, grindable decks, equipment surfaces, sliding surfaces, heliports, underwater well heads, lifting pipes and outer pipes of lifting pipes.

5. Oil field and petrochemical industry: rotating machine platform, loading and unloading joint, pump shell and blade, valve and pipeline system.

6. Transportation: the wettable or underwater parts of the bridge, the inner surface of the trailer carriage for transporting salt, asphalt and fertilizer.

7. Pulp and paper industry: vulnerable and grindable parts of equipment.

8. Wastewater industry: lifting platform, waste rack, pump casing and blades.

How to use TS727

1. Surface treatment: (1) clean the surface impurities. (2) Roughen the part surface to be repaired to increase the surface adhesion . (3) Wash with detergent and dry in the air.

2. Mixing: take an appropriate amount of TS727 ceramic coating in the container according to the specified proportion and mix it evenly (constantly scrape the mixture at the side and bottom of the container) until there is no grain and the color is consistent.

3. Coating: apply the evenly mixed TS727 ceramic coating on the substrate surface twice or more, each layer thickness shall be over 0.5mm, so as to reduce pinholes or missed brushing.

4. Curing: complete curing at room temperature (15 ℃ to 28 ℃) for 24h. When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the curing speed is slow, and appropriate heating measures shall be taken to promote the curing. When the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the pot life is short, so the operational time should be shortened or the glue mixing amount should be reduced.
