222 Threadlocker

Product Description:

222 threadlocker is low intensity, thixotropy viscosity. Widely used to lock and seal of frequently remove. Expecially used to M2-M12 small screws. 

Product Features:

Low strength, easy disassembled threadlocker. Thixotropic viscosity. Applied for fastener with diameters up to 6mm. Can be disassembled by hand tools.

The threadlocker cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It protects threads from rust and corrosion and prevents loosening from shock and vibration. Anaerobic thread locker is mainly made of acrylate,curing agent,ect,which has different viscosity and bonding strength requirements.
