TS5016 Caulking Material

TS-5016 is heat cure caulking adhesive for powder coating. It's the replacement of Teroson EP 5016.

Product Features:

1, No solvent

2, Won't become liquid at 190℃

3, Suitable for powder coating and painting

4, Don't need primer. It has good bonding strength with most metals.

Product Application:

It's used for body shop for metal bonding, including card door, cab floor joint, cab floor top cover, trunk lid, wheel housing, engine cover etc. The adhesive main function is bonding, sealing, shock absorption and rust prevention.

Curing Method:

Heat cure. Normally, heating temperature is 160-190℃ in oven, and curing time is 35 minutes. It is flexible after curing.

Substrate Type ：

Hot dip Galvanized Steel, Electro Galvanized Steel, Galvannealed Steel, Cold Rolled Steel.
