HT11480 Wear Compound with Large Size Ceramic Beads

HT11480 is wear resistant coating which is composed of modified toughening resin, aluminum oxide powder, super hard large ceramic particles and other additives. Two components, grey paste. Moderate viscosity, easy to apply. It can be applied to the construction surface with a scraper. It can bond with substrate tightly. Good resistant to impact, erosion and wear, chemical corrosion and aging. The maximum temperature resistance is 150 ℃. TS11480 is used to resist the erosion and wear of particles, dust and slurry with particle size over than 3mm.

repair and protection of easily worn parts such as desulfurization pump, sand pump, coal ash pump, mud pump, sewage pump, powder concentrator, conical area of coal mill, desulfurization pipeline, fly ash pipe, coal conveying pipeline, ash removal pipeline, primary air pipe, and elbow.
